Hi everyone new here and looking forward for many tips and tricks from all veterans here.
I have a f85(65) with a 350 that i want to rebuilt and make it a little stronger/faster at the same time:p
The bottom end is 68 with nodular crank and lc pistons
Heads are nr.8 (79cc)
Tranny is an st300
Rear end im not sure:((with 265/50-15 rear tyres it runs 65mph at 3000-3100 rpm)so i think its a 3,73 or bigger
now i was thinking
1:forged flat pistons (0,30)
2:ARP main-con.rods-cyl.heads bolts
3:Flowtech headers 1 3/4 in.
4:Comp cams magnum rocker arm kit (1.6 ratio)
5:Comp cam kit 218 int./224 exh. at 0.50 inch lift
6:Edelbrock perf.rpm intake
7:HV oil pump? (do i need it?)
8:7qt oil pan? (do i need it?)
9Oil restr.kit?(necessery?)
10: porting of heads.

max rpm 5500-5800 possible?

Any help and tips appreciated:)

Hi all
I recently picked up a 1965 F85 that had been stripped down for a budget 1/4 mile drag car. Major rust around the front and back windshields and a badly rotted floor pan is what caused the previous owner to cut it up. I'm evaluating what parts I want to swap over to my 1965 442 project car. I know there's no rear seat belts in my 442 and this F85 has some heavy duty loops behind where the rear seat had been. I'm hoping some of you 1965 guys can tell me if these were factory or aftermarket items. I'm not sure how the seat belts would have been attached, but the locations seem logical and it looks like they've been there a long time. Here's a few pictures, any thoughts??? The outboard ones go into the wheelwells.

I KNOW the Wonderbar does not work, not sure the AM does (assume not). Wonderbar has front/rear fader switch. No knobs, what you see is what you get. Asking $15 a piece plus shipping.

As for power antenna, mast is all messed up, but there. Part of top of the housing (where it mounts through the quarter panel) is missing. No grommet. See pics. Applied power to it, and was able to raise and lower the the busted up mast (i.e. works in both directions). Asking $30 plus shipping.

Power antenna switch leads cut short (about 2 inches). Asking $15 plus shipping.
