Tail light trouble

I have a 1989 oldsmobile 98 regency brougham and my tail lights and dash arent working.. I cant find the fuse for them, is it in a place other than the main fuse box??

Its in there not nessarily marked as tail ,use a 12V test light with key on & lights on check them all Tail lights should be a 20 amp
