Horn Assy drawing needed

I have a 68 442 with the original color-coordinated plastic steering wheel. Trying to put the horn contact assy back together that goes under the center cap. I have the spring with 2 wires soldered to the bottom which goes inside plastic sleeve. The spring doesn't want to stay down in the sleeve. I think I may be missing a part or what I have is worn out.

Does anyone know where I can find a drawing showing the parts and how the assembly goes back together.

Thanks,
Phil
