Clean your electrical contacts
This is the stuff:

Not affiliated in anyway,but my local electronics shop recommended it.
Between lightly dremel polishing high amp factory brass connections and spraying this stuff on interior high amp connectors, i went from 13.7 to 14.5 volts with my 66 big cars engine running.
Can't hurt to clean connections very 50 years or so...
