1971 Cruise Control
Hi guys,
I have a decision to make. I want to add cruise to my 1971 Cutlass Supreme Convertible with TH350 .
I have the opportunity to get a factory set up complete out of a '72 Vista Cruiser .
One possible problem. I have low vacuum and run a canister for back up because of my cam .
Should I consider this or look at one of the new after market units ?

Hey Al, I sent you a Private Message where to find it. I never did pick it up because there was no guarantee it would work and he had no way to test it.

Cruise control for sale
Al:
I have a complete OEM set-up from a '79 Buick for sale. Functionally it works the same as the '71 system but the transducer looks different. Here's a link to my for sale listing:

Doing the exact same thing with a 78 Cutlass system, had it on my 88, going on my 70 S. I actually repaired a hole in the bellows by coating it with RTV, has worked for 4 years now. The replacement bellows are nearly impossible to find new and cost plenty when you do find them.
