600 CFM Four Barrel for a 307

i got a holley carb but its not matching up?!?!?!?!
not sure what 2 do wit it
i might sell it

Oh dear.
82 has a computer controlled distributor.
You have to swap distributors and carburetors.
They sell conversion plates at the auto parts stores for the carburetor.

You won't get as much help around here typing like that unfortunately.
There are a lot of older folks on this site that come here to relax and don't want to be bothered with trying to decifer slang.

First, not all carbs have the same bolt flange.

Second, the adapter shown above will disrupt flow and negate any performance advantage you thought you were going to get.

Third, if you want to delete the computer control, get a non-computerized Qjet and matching HEI distributor. Sell the Holley on Craigslist.

i know how 2 type its just that i was typing fast thats all. Im not sure what u mean by it but thanx 4 da help....

but as far as the adapter i have 1 , but are u recomeding the actual holley adapter??? isnt it the same patterns??
and what Distributor would u suggest???
