Hub Caps

Thread title reads Hubcaps, but the text refers to wheel covers.



The image verifies they are wheel covers.

And they are not factory. The only way to know what wheel trim originally came on the car would be to find the build sheet. The one in our '77 Cutlass was under the back seat cushion.

For what it is worth, I found this photo of a '76 wagon. It looks like a factory photograph and the wheel covers look familiar for the intermediates at that time. Hope this helps.

Well, it may just be our American version of the English language. I know we don't use the term bonnet for instance.

Thanks Oldsguy, now I don't feel so yelled at. There are some real language diff. I told the lady at the hotel in the States that I wanted to be knocked up early in the morning and she gave me quite a look. Oh well again we learn.. Andy
