Whats the difference

I just purchased a 76 cutlass, but I have been doing some research on this year car and I have notice that some 76 cutlasss have a square front end and some have a round front end? What is the differences in these two. I have been looking on ebay and all I see is collum shifters and either a 60-40 seat or a bench seat. The car I have is a factor floor shifter and it has bucket seats with the slanted front end nose, and help would be appricated.

In 76 and 77 Olds offered the Cutlass with the sloped nose and "fastback" roof line and the Cutlass Supreme with the squared nose and squared off "formal" roof line. The cars are mechanically identical but the Supreme was targeted at a luxury audience and had a more upscale trim level. The slope-nose Cutlass body was a favorite in NASCAR those years due to the lower drag. The four doors and wagons all got the squared off nose.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but was it possible to get a '76-'77 442 with the 'Supreme' body or did 442s automatically get the 'Nascar nose' and fast back? I really love the '76-'77 slant-nosed 442s.
