engine change
I have an 86 cutlass salon with a knockin 350r. I was given a buick 430 and need to know if it will bolt right in or do i have to change the motor mounts?

Hi. You may want to measure the width of the valve covers of the two, and compare for fit. I'm not sure on the Buick's starter, and fuel pump lacations. You might want to compare those as well. Best of luck.

Is the 350 Olds? If so you can retain the trans. The changing will be mounts, exhaust, wiring and on and on like Joe was saying. The 430 is a 60's engine and heavvvvy so different springs in the front suspension too I would think
