i have a 260 olds motor and a th 200 tranny what can i go with that will bolt right up with no modification i want to get a bigger motor and will my stock rear hold up i dont know what it is |

Hey. The easiest is to get an OLDS 350, or 403. with a th350 tranny. I replaced my 260 with a modified 350 olds engine and a th400 tranny in my 80 cutlass, and I had to modify the tranny mount for the extra length. The rest was "bolt-on". The rear should be ok, as long as it is in good shape. I've had the stock rear-end in mine for 8 years, no issues. Hope this helps. Jim.
