66 Cutlass heater system
Im doing a rebuild on my heater system in a 66`Cutlass. It was completly
dismounted from the car, so i have to do some reserch over what i need. The car has factory mounted AC, so i hav now rebulit the heater box and replaced the heater core. I also hav rebulit the heater controll regulations whit a new fan switch. Now i need to figure out where the vaccume hoses need to go. Is there anyone who got a vaccume diagram?
And when i serche on google, i find a vaccume controled heater valve. Where is this mounted?
Her is a link to the valve. http://thumbs.ebaystatic.com/images/...fpM/s-l225.jpg
Need some tips here :-)
And sorry for my bad english ;-)

It's in Chapter 1 of the Chassis Service Manual. If you don't have one, it is mandatory to get one for all this rebuilding work. They are available on ebay. Pay for a paper original. It's worth it.

Joe is so correct on this. I would also get an assembly manual these are great tools and I can't even imagine doing one without it.
I have about 8 of these AC parts cars if you end up needing anything.

Thanks. I have now installed the heater box. What I need now is to find out how the radiator hoses goes through the heater core. I need pictures if anyone has.
So do I need such a Vacuum Actuator. It stands in the engine compartment. Possible some of you have such in good condition?
