"Mr Story and his family were asleep when the bear opened the unlocked door of his 2008 Toyota Corolla in the early hours of the morning and climbed inside."

If he would of only locked his door....

I think the accelerator stuck, that bear needs a lawyer.
Toyota will say the bear mistook the gas pedal for the brake as usual.

No doubt... Bear must have moved the floor mat.

Bear was after a peanut butter sandwich that the kid left in the car. Bear must have been a peanut butter freak. Jamsbo's bears prefer beer (that's my kind of bear) and go after beer delivery trucks instead. Where is he anyway, must be out on the lake getting cool.

Looks like he is really on the move!

This time in NH, scammin' a snack and a teddy bear, too!

AP news:

Bear turns Goldilocks tale on its head in NH home
Jul 28, 12:34 PM EDT
LACONIA, N.H. -- A black bear walked into a New Hampshire house through an open door, ate two pears and a bunch of grapes, took a drink from the family fishbowl and grabbed a stuffed bear on its way out the door.
Mary Beth Parkinson says the bear apparently took advantage of the open outside door to get into her kitchen Tuesday in Laconia, about 20 miles north of Concord. She thinks the garage door going up scared the bear enough that it fled the house.
She says she arrived in time to save the fish.
Parkinson said her 6- and 9-year-old boys made sure the doors were locked before they went to bed.

Jamsbo,

They don't like deer meat. Its a little to gamey for their taste. Rather eat cat or dog or you.

Deer ate all my 'maters and red bell peppers. Wish the sucker had eaten some of the cucumbers! The freezer is full of refrigerator pickles.

Around here, so many folks grow zucchini that when they mature, you better lock your car doors! Last time I did them, we were giving them to restaurants. Around here, lunchtime restaurant fare includes, fried okra,
zucchini casserole, and sweet 'tater souffle!

Dam Deer........

I hate deer!!! Destructive things. As bad as the Japanese Beetles! There have been a lot of black bears around Ohio this summer, which we don't usually hear about so much. No sandwiches left in my cars!

My neighbor finally got back their mounted deer from the taxidermist yesterday - BEAUTIFUL animal! (Harmless in that state, too...)
They got their mounted pheasant, also - I think it looked nicer than the deer due to its bright colors. The bobcat is due next year...

I still want a bear skin rug...

A reindeer rug???
Don't the antlers get in the way?
I would be tripping over them all the time.
If you would get a cowboy hat you could hang it there Rob.

Jamesbo is right, need pics.
The other car sites all have a hot chicks on bear rugs pic thread.
The majority rules, sorry Sandy.
