Carrie Fisher - RIP 12/27/16
Age 60. Darth Vader couldn't get her, but her heart did. This is the classic definition of dying too young. Her mother, Debbie Reynolds, is still alive at age 84.

The moment I saw her in the first Star Wars movie in 1977, I knew she was exactly the girl I had to have.
Somehow I never got up the courage to ask her out.
Lately I noticed she looked more like my grandma.
Of course, when I looked in the mirror this morning, the guy in there looked more like my grandpa, so I guess I shouldn't say much...
Should've taken the bus to Hollywood and knocked on her door with a bunch o' daisies while I had the chance.
RIP. She was actually a great actress, and seemed like a good person, too.

ps: News just out, that her Mom, Debbie Reynolds, has died as well. Stress must have been too much.
Very sad.
I hope that they are together.

Very sad, mother and daughter... It has been said that people can die of a broken heart... It supposedly was stated by a family member that Debbie had said she wanted to be with her daughter and 15 minutes later had a heart attack...

Both ladies were icons in the film industry, set apart only by the genre's they played. RIP Carrie and Debbie. Your film exploits will live on forever, and gain new appreciation by the folks who appreciate the fine details of entertainment.
