Trim Ring Question

Can anyone check this part number? GM 395451. I think it fits a 1960 Olds. This is only the trim ring, I think a spoke center bolts to it. Any help? Thanks

I do not know what 395451 is. The 1960 wheel disc, less fin ring, is 580894. The fin ring is 579151. The trim ring used with dog dishes in '59 and '60 is 575203, and the '60 dog dish is 577615. At least those are the part number printed in the '63 book.
