Fuel sending unit.
I've got a 1970 Ninety Eight that needs a new fuel sending unit and I found one out of a 1968 Delmont 88. Would this work in my Ninety Eight? If not, does anyone know where I can find one? Besides E-Bay and a junkyard because there really are none around here anymore in NJ worth a crap unless your looking for Honda, Nissan etc. parts. I know its the sending unit because I checked The ground connection and the connecter in the trunk both ways with a meter. Maybe someone makes a Universal unit? Thanks for any help. Tom.

Tri Starr Radiator in NY rebuilds them.
Perhaps they will be nice enough to answer your question.

If you want a brand new, retrofitted fuel sending unit for you 98, look here!
www.gmobsolete.com Im absolutely positive they have one. Im going to make an assumption and say that the fuel sending unit from the delmont (or any other 65-70 B/C body) should fit. Id like to know for certain if this is the case though! Ed |

You might also check Fusicks. I am not sure if they carry that part but they have alot of Oldsmobile stuff.
