Tie Rod Torque Specs

I'm still in need of torque specs for our steering linkage job. Anyone out there who can help me with specs for a '67 Ninety-Eight??? Please.....

My 68 cutlass tie rods are 25-50 ft-lbs. I realize it is a wide range but that is what I found published. I picked the nominal. I'd think yours would be similar.

i not positive but i think my tie rods were 60 lbs. i have a 65 starfire.

65 starfire Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 32	tie rods i not positive but i think my tie rods were 60 lbs. i have a 65 starfire.
