Door hinge pins

What is the easiest way to replace these pins? Oldsmobile 1970 442...

I use a floor jack & block of wood to lift door ,have someone else balance it remove 1 pin at a time top first

How do you get them out...


Do you punch then out?

Also, the new pins don't have a top retainer or a split top like the old ones, what holds them in place?

Yes they drive out ,New ones come with Brass bushings Check Orielys They have them
