Wanted; 70 W30 4 Speed
Might possibly have a lead on a roller 1970 W30. Parked since late 80's Silver Coupe with Black 4 speed bucket interior. Decent metal. Needing patch panels for the most part. With original broadcast sheet. No drivetrain or interior. One of the highly desirable color combo's. Silver W30 4 speed black buckets with black vinyl roof SS1 wheel car. Have color picture to document car the day it was picked up at dealer from 1970.
Located in NJ.

I have a 70 442 factory 4 speed bucket seat console originally burgandy mist with white stripes and white interior with console that is a project I would sell not a w30 but a true factory 4 speed bucket seat and very desireable color combo originally and I have a 70 442 numbers match car that has the build sheet both non-running and need fully restored.
If I am not mistaken all 70 442 W30 cars came from Lansing and there will not be a build sheet on those cars. Only a broadcast card if you find one and so that means other documentation would have to be found.

At least if you need a/c it can be had with the 70 442 4 speed vs the 70 w30 4 speed .
There is a guy near aus tx that has one blue on blue for 20k - claims its a W30 as he purchased it with red inner and emblems.

Again no love for the 1972....,,,the only W-30 that doesn't require documentation and all the same parts and performance of a 1971 model (yes I know H heads vs Ga and different minor cosmetics......but they are the same car).

A 1972 W-30 can be had for 70% of the cost of a 1971 and the X code in the vin is all the documentation one needs to guarantee their investment.
I do not have a 1972 U code 4 speed car..... And no one else on planet earth has one either.
