Are you doing anything to sell this car besides advertising it on here? Putting it on classicolds is a good idea, but I wouldn't rely solely on this site to sell a car. For all the activity this site sees, it's still a drop in the bucket compared to the audience you'd get if you advertised on craigslist or something similar.

Your car looks very good (even upside down!), and I think your asking price is very fair. In fact, it may be a bit on the low side as price guides I've seen value a car like yours in the $4000 to $5000 range. You just need exposure.

Also, if it were me, I would spend a little more time in your ad describing the specific options the car has as well as any major maintenance done to it, especially recently. If the car has had the brakes recently renewed or the shocks replaced or something like this, mention it.
