Beautiful car. Saffron? I did get a bit of a chuckle out of 'All Original' after I read about all the new/rebuilt parts. I know what you're getting at though. Good luck with the sale.

looks like it could use an air cleaner there

Is that power brake check valve supposed to have the extra tit on it?

Very nice machine, it must be a blast to drive

I have the air cleaner and all the hook up parts. Trying to get my local sign shop to restore the top of it.

"Original" If that is how we take it then the first fill up makes it not original, the first tune up, oil change, coolant service, trans service, and on and on makes it not original. I know there are some that anally take that. This car has the original engine, transmission and rearend. Yes they are rebuilt and in very nice condition. I have only driven it out of the shop and back in so far. The weatherstrips came in wrong so had to wait to put the door panels back in which also meant waiting for the seats to go in and so on. So, the right ones showed up and now it will be all put back together.

I also have the Original, not reproduced, not copied, not altered, window sticker for this car.

Thanks guys it has been fun doing this car. The next one is a 67 5vy 442 for my better half.

Finally located a set of Rally 1 wheels. Will be putting them on with a fresh set of 235 60 14's in a day or so. that will make it pretty darn close to the original car except for the new parts and upgrade on tires. This car is so stinking sweet. Wish I could keep it. But can't have them all. 3 keepers is the limit for our budget.

Looks much better, I would drive it a bit and enjoy it before selling it. Worth at least the price drop.

Yes we have driven it some. Not much however. The weather has been awesome for driving the convertible and that is always a blast. This would be a great keeper but, I can not keep them all and the funds will enable the 67 442 5vy for my better half to get done. Plus be a good start on my 70 442. Two cars we have been wanting to do for some time.

Drove her to a car show on Saturday (not in the show just spectators) what a great car to drive. Lots of power and zip. We really enjoyed the drive. Here is a few pictures we took that morning at the fair grounds.

I ordered it from my local glass shop it is a PPG

Thanks Koda

Shaded and tinted

We have been enjoying driving this car. It is amazing how these perform on the highway. I have had 4 of them now. Forgot how much power these have.

She is still available. This car has had so much done and at a huge expense. A rare car probably rarer than a 442. But with like or in some situations better performance.

We are wanting to put the money spent on this into the next car so:

I will be considering offers. (nothing below 20k)

Only by direct contact.

Well we lowered the price to where we are losing money on this car. But, we need to sell it to move on to the next car. This is a great buy on this factory original drivetrain with documentation 67 Turnpike Cruiser.

If I do this right here is a link to the ebay listing. I am very interested in selling off ebay as well.

Thanks
Larry
