1972 Supreme 4-Door

I have a 1972 4 door supreme w/ 51k original miles, rocket 350 w/ rochester 2 bbl....the bad is that the car has been in the elements for several years, pinch welds leak, interior fried, cancer on the body, not terrible, but not a car I have time to restore (4 door)

Just got it running today. I have extra front grills, chrome etc. that was removed a while back.

Anyone have idea of cars value? NADA guide is around $2400 low retail. I am planning on selling this vehicle here in SC.

Thanks in advance

The Old Cars Price Guide puts the value of a '72 Cutlass Supreme 4-door hardtop in #4 condition (runs and drives but needs everything) at about $3,500.

Keep in mind, though, that the four-doors are not anywhere near as popular as the 2-door coupes and convertibles. Price it low, and it will go. Price it high, and you may be holding it for a while.

Post some photos of it.

Welcome to the site, I moved your post here so you can possibly have better luck selling it and/or get a better answer to your question. As jaunty stated, as a more door it's not a very desirable car that (by your initial description) needs a tremendous amount of love. Pictures would help a lot in determining worth.

A few months ago I paid $600.00 for a '72 350 2bbl 4 door. It runs & drives almost like new but does have some rust in the quarters, trunk floor & driver front floor board(almost not there at all).
I bought it with the intent of parting it out but it runs so well it's my daily driver in the rain/snow/winter & I don't have to feel bad about it as it's so rusty now it won't matter.
Here are pix of it.

I picked up a 72 4 door this year also. This one runs and drives but the brakes are bad and the freeze plugs are rusted out. The body is above average but does have some rust. I paid $900 for it.
