I have no idea or clue about its condition but figured since they are asking for $1000, someone here would appreciate the lead...

If it could be gotten running, the car doesn't look to bad for $1,000, and I'm sure it could be had for less. It appears to have air-conditioning. It'd be nice if he'd get those wooden posts off the hood. Couldn't he have moved those before snapping the pic?
