70 Cutlass Pace Car

This is a real Y74 car. It was painted black. Has the original 350 but not the original transmission. The front fenders are the 71-72 style and look to be rust free. The floor pan and doors also look to be real nice. The quarters need replaced. Runs and drives as is but the brakes are not real strong. Missing the air cleaner but the hood is an original hood. Hood is nice but has a crack in the nose. Frame is solid.

The car is only going to be available for a very short time. He wants another car but if that cars sells before he can sell his he will keep this. He has $11,000 firm. If you are a serious buyer let me know and I will get you his number. Car is located in Terre Haute Indiana.

He has all the parts to restore it but not included. He would sell them but more money. Has NOS quarters, buckets seats and back seat that were redone my Legendary, console, repop air cleaner, all the under hood A/C parts and many more. These parts are extra if you want them.

What is it with the spoilers on convertible Cutlasses/442's and Supremes? Except for the '69 H/O convertible, as we know, it was never an option from the factory nor for an over the counter installation. Every bulletin and document from Oldsmobile regarding the spoiler noted that it was not available, nor recommended, for installation on the convertible or Supreme models.

It does not mount properly on either the convertible or Supreme trunk lids, and it ruins the nice body lines of the convertible or Supreme whenever a spoiler is mounted on it.

That is his garage. The picture only shows about 1/3 of the cars.

I think it looks great on the Notch-Back body. It takes some guess work to drill the holes, but we lined mine up just fine. And yes, it mounts just fine. I've gone 100+ and it hasn't budged.
