So it has a 442 rear bumper with cutouts but only single exhaust. They should have just left it as a regular cutlass.

No reserve and current bid is < $11k, so might be a good deal if you look at it as a driver quality 70 Cutlass 'vert. At least he calls it a "tribute" but the lack of something as simple as dual exhausts makes me wonder what other corners were cut. Like anything else, buyer beware.
