The black painted rockers and lower 1/4s have to make one wonder...not factory. This IS a VT car after all, where Rust is a given. A family in Wolcott has been trying to sell a similar, but truly immaculate, Buick Skylark with like 18K miles for 10 years and no takers at $5K.
