71 w30 442 4 speed with paperwork

It looks like I'll need to sell my Olds this spring. It has had a body off restoration but would be considered a good driver quality car. If you are looking for an unmolested original car keep looking. Some parts have been changed on the body but still retains the original frame, hood, seats, dash, cowl, original #'s engine block also included, but now has a 69 455 rebuilt engine with E heads. Still has the original ram air hood, w30 intake and a few other odds and ends.
It has muncie wide ratio 4 speed, posi traction rear, non power disc brakes. It is very straight and painted in the original bittersweet color. It is a very nice driver that I have driven several thousand miles with reasonable gas mileage. I thought I'd list it here before I try other options in the spring. I have other pics available. May consider a convertible trade. I would like to get somewhere around 25k
Dave

What I have is a sheet I found tucked in one of the bucket seats that has the cowl tag number and a w30 option listed on the sheet. I'll have to dig it up and send you a pic.

The interior including the door panels are all new Legendary. It is a bucket seat non console car. Not much for options only tac and guages and an AM radio. The engine is a very strong rebuilt 455.

He also says he has the original block.. How would you know what else he may or may not have without asking ?
The heads, carb, and dist could make a 5K + difference.

This got to be the best value for a 71 W-30 in a long time. What year convertible are you thinking about? I may have to let go of my original paint white 71 442 conv.

The broadcast card shows 1-27 as the build date. I would like to know how close the trim tag date matches this body build date.

It should read 01C or 01D?

I got it home and cleaned up. I'm getting a lot more of a response than I thought I would. The last time I sold a car with this many calls it was back on Craigslist the very next day selling for a profit by the new owner without even transferring the title. The guy that bought the 12 bolt posi looked it over and was kind enough to give me some advice on selling the car. He may be willing to offer his opinion of the car. I am considering trying EBay. I hate to give them anymore money but I'm not sure how to handle this.
