I agree. It's probably more in the $4,000 to $5,000 range in value. He doesn't mention the mileage, and he should because it's an obvious question.
Still, there are some real devotees of these cars (like me for instance), and they are rare, especially in this condition. I know rarity alone doesn't make it valuable, but maybe someone will come along buy it at that price or close to it, if he waits long enough.

Yes, I noticed that, except that the woodgrain siding takes up a lot of the exterior surface area. But it would look good in my garage, assuming I have a garage! It's kind of full-up right now.
