NIIIIIICE RIDE!
Amazing though for a Pa. Fleet lease car it is so rust free looking! We all know what winters are like in the North. Do you know if it ever had any body rust repair?? Must have been nice in the day to have had a 442 Rag for your Fleet lease car>

My friend has been unable to sell this car.
Why, I don't know.
We've listed it on evilbay multiple times with a very reasonable reserve with no success.
He is considering a low ball offer just to get it out of his garage.
This is a great car. Much money and sweat invested.
This is a grest opportunity for someone to get in a really nice '68 convertible for a good price.
I think any offer over $25,000 will buy it.
Don't let the low-ball guy steal it. I suspect he's a dealer.

I saw it was still for sale can't believe it didn't sell ! I did just find the 2 strip record holder papers from Pittsburgh international dragway dated june and july in G/XA car ran 15.56 @ 90.63 in June and 15.22 @ 92.21 in July on the redline tires! Man that is neat car wish it was in my buget! I bet it cost WAY more to restore one than what he was asking!

In an effort to make this car a little more interesting, I created a Photobucket Album with all the pics
I had taken for the ebay auction.
The link is http://s75.photobucket.com/albums/i3...20Convertible/
Click on "View as Slideshow" to view all the pics.
In the pic from the left rear looking down the driver's side of the car, the door looks as if it is badly mis-aligned.
It's actually OK. The door just was not completely shut. I overlooked it when I took the pic.
You can see in other pics in which it is shut completely that it is fine.

I have a few questions.
1. Can you post some engine bay pictures?
2. What is the actual asking price?
3. Can you list the options I had a hard time reading the build sheet?
4. Any accident and or rust repair?
5. Where is the car located?
Thanks,
