1967 442

I responded to an ad for parts for a 1967 442. By the time I got to see the car it had been pretty well stripped. I ended up buying the car for the differential for my 1964 Cutlass.I now have the body (less the hood), with the title, and both original California black and yellow plates. The doors are solid ( I do not see any rust), and the glass is all good. The front and back window moldings are gone. Willing to part out but thought I would see if any interest in the entire car first. I am in Northern CA- zip code 95973

Wow, a post car too! The outside sheetmetal looks good, how are the floorpans and the trunk floor? Was it a manual or automatic transmission?

How much for the entire car? Or whats left of it. Looking for project car for my son. We'll have 15.5 years before he gets his drivers license so theres time to find parts.

I honestly do not know what the car (what remains) is worth. The trunk floor is rusted. The floorboard looks OK, other than the fact that the guy cut out the area around the shifter (see picture) . The rear quarters look to be OK but I have not looked real close. The doors are solid and close better than my 1995 Suburban. The trunk lid is in the trunk. The differential in the car now is a 3.08 non-posi out of a 1964 Cutlass- the upper control arms are incorrect for the car and would need to be replaced. The front fenders are rough and both have rust behind the wheel openings. The dash is uncut but the front window apparently leaks as there is rust along the edge where the dash meets the glass. Make offers for all or parts- if no interest in the whole, I will sell parts, thanks,John

John, forgot to answer your question. It was a 4-speed car. The pedals are gone. John

I'd be interested in that passenger side door. I don't need anything but the shell and outside skin. Let me know (PM) if you'd be interested in pulling it off and selling it.

Thanks
