Rallye 350

Well, I've been watching the sales of the Rallye 350 for some months now. I placed mine for sale on here last year with little activity, other than "I was going to use your car as a parts car for fine, but your is in better shape than mine".

So this week I check ebay and guess what; there're everywhere!!!!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/oldsm...item20c2a59af3

Not much chance of selling at his "Buy it now!"

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1970-...item2319dde218

About like mine! Should be around $6500 based on other recent sales. I bet it doesn't make reserve

Nice car, but I asked about original drivetrain. The reply "It's just a number!" so much for that.

It going to be interesting. I'll wait for the dust to settle then place mine on ebay.

Do you think with all these others for sale it will create interest or detract from it?

There are really a lot of them for sale right now. None seem to be selling for big money but a few are sure asking a lot.

Here's one near me that's been on CL forever:

This one in WI. Seems in similar shape to what you're describing

This one I assume will be coming soon:

This is a weird combination of parts. He should have kept it closer to orig if he wanted to get his money out of it.

I happen to also have one. I've been trying to find out how many were built with the four speed and Hurst linkage? I joined this sight after reading others opinions about everything from A to Z I figure if I'm going to find an answer this is the place. If anyone has any ideal please let me know.

Welcome to CO. I have a 4 speed Rallye 350 also. I don't think we will ever be able to find out how many were 4 speeds. The brake down will be for Cutlass I think and will not show the Rallye 350 by itself. I have seen many of them over the years and most were bench seat column shift. Is yours a numbers matching transmission? Many people converted them to 4 speed also.

Rallye 350

I also have a 4 speed Rallye(club coupe) It would be nice to find out the numbers on these cars. Anyone know if there is a Rallye 350 register listed?

Yes my cars is a numbers matching the only thing from Original is I did a repaint and shave the emblems and took liberty basically i restomoded it. Everything I did was with the intent that it could easily be put back to stock if someone wanted to. I also took the original rally rims cut out the centers put them on fifteenths, much nicer stance
