1970 Cutlass SX 455

1970 Oldsmobile Y-79 Cutlass SX 455 Convertible original engine, located in upstate, NY, shipping available anywhere in the world.

Red with white top and pearl white interior. Original 455 engine, rebuilt with mild cam, still have stock cam wrapped and saved. Jet Hot coated headers, Flowmaster exhaust with X-pipe. 400 Turbo transmission with 12-bolt posi rear end. Hurst his and hers floor shifter with console.

Complete aftermarket Stewart Warner Maximum Performance gauges including RPM, water temp, oil pressure, volts, vacuum and duel exhaust temps. Custom Trunk mat with embroidered spare cover. Full spare, matches wheels and tires.

Have most of the original parts that have been saved from the car including factory engine components, stock valve covers, stock cam, original intake manifold, original exhaust manifolds, steering wheel, factory wheels, original bottom trim, etc.

This Cutlass drives like a new car, it is a quality show car. It is an excellent no expense spared restoration. This car is over restored and nicer than new everywhere; the firewall is painted all the way down to the seam in the floor in base/clear red. Floors are base/clear black. Frame was powder coated GM frame black. Nearly flawless body work and paint. Some NOS parts were used when available. Strong money was invested in a very professional restoration. Lots of money invested. Always garaged, 7 years and only 2000 miles on comprehensive frame off nut and bolt restoration.

I now have it listed on ebaY at...

$39,000 obo

Yes, there is a build sheet for the car. It is a real SX455 car for sure. It is on the SX455 registry with the last two owners, myself and James, who had it as an un-restored SX455 car before having it frame off restored.

Not to criticize, but the door gaps are huge.
