For Sale: 1966 Olds Toronado Deluxe
1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Deluxe
102,475 Original Miles
-Effortless driving with power steering and power brakes, unbelievable amount of power.
-Unmolested vehicle, original engine bay, original interior.
-Complete repaint last year, down to bare metal. Zero rust on this vehicle.
-Wouldn't hesitate to get in this car and go anywhere.
ORIGINAL window sticker, protect-o-plate, owners manual AND dealer invoice!
Bronze Exterior - Car was taken down to bare metal primed and painted. Blemish on the front right fender where a box fell of the shelf and scuffed the paint, and dinged the wheel molding.
Bronze Interior - Completely Original and in VG Condition (Only flaw is tear on drivers side of bench, small headliner tear, very small dash crack - looks like someone pressed to hard with finger.)
New weather-stripping - Doors, Pillars, Trunk
New 1/4 window seals, new window "fuzzes", new trunk drains, new door bumpers, new hood bumpers, bumper filler rubber
New drive axles - L & R
New brake shoes and springs F & R
new front shocks, tie rods, a-arm bushings, ball joints U & L(driver side complete, passenger side needs installation - couldn't complete due to lower back injury. consequently, car needs front-end alignment.)
New stock exhaust tips (engage the bumper)
New Battery
New under-hood insulation
Re-chromed F & R Bumper, rear valence @ Calco Plating
Cruise Control WORKS, adjustment cable broken, so cannot adjust speed with the dash control. currently disconnected.
Air Conditioning works, but needs recharging. Converted to R134A.
Courtesy lights work.
Tilt/Telescopic Wheel.
Power Antenna WORKS
Wonderbar AM/FM radio w/Rear speaker - INOP
Power Windows - passenger window a little sluggish, but works.
Power Steering
Power Brakes
Power Trunk Release WORKS!!
ELECTRIC hidden headlights - CONVERSION from vacuum canisters to electric linear actuators. Switch mounted in lower dash panel.
425 cu in Rocket V8 - ORIG! - Runs very smooth. Fresh tune-up including 'points-less' electronic ignition, plugs and plug wires.
TH425 - ORIG! - trans is strong - shifts perfectly, switch pitch working fine
Firestone Wide Oval Gold Stripe Tires, almost new tread
