1970 Vista Cruiser For Sale

This car sold in 2010

I've owned this car for 6 1/2 years. Hate to see it go although other projects take precedence. This Vista Cruiser is looking for a good Oldsmobile home.

Re-Cored 3 core radiator.

The bad:

Engine has one or two sluggish lifters once the engine is up to operating temp. that results in some ticking

Rust in the typical lower front fenders.
Rust along windshield base at cowl & dash
Couple of small rust through spots at tailgate.
Couple of pinholes in passenger front floor pan and secret compartment
The transverse upper window channel will need partial rebuilding
Side rear window lower channels will need some rebuilding.
Cracked corner in passenger upper rear glass.
Front seat bottom will need recovering.
AC is not fully charged although the compressor will kick on.

The good:
The car is complete and all there
The body is very straight
Although the engine has 145k it does not smoke, compression is satisfactory, and does not burn oil.
Floor pans are solid with the exception of the couple of pinholes in the passenger side floor pan.
Spare tire area is solid.
All lights in the car work.
Rear tailgate electric window works

Tires have 2,700 miles on them as well as the braking system.
Drives great

I have a factory rear spoiler that will go with the car.
I have a complete set perfect original rear interior metal trim that will go with the car.
