Run times are not yet set?

The car was sold new here in the Chicago Land Suburbs.

Jim from Finish Line used to own that car and did the restoration. He spent years doing that car. I've seen it first hand, and it's gorgeous! He had a TON of NOS parts that were used in the restoration.

According to the current owner, the NOS parts needed for the resto were used and extra left overs were sold.

The car was completely stripped and repainted and it is a quality restoration.

The high bid across the block was $49,000.00. It was a real bid, but the owner is looking for more. The W-31 is still available for sale.

This IS a very nice car! I learned to drive a 4 speed in it!

If it was a big block car it would have gone in a heartbeat.

Fact is that W-31 will never bring what a W-30 will! It will most likely only see 50-60%. Great car but I agree that the top bid is all that car can bring unless you find that certain collector that needs to have it because he's missing that car!

I thought so, Tony is an old friend. I saw the car in person at a show in Waterford, WI last summer and it is an amazing restoration.
