1950 Oldsmobile Futuramic 88 for sale
I have a 1950 Olds Futuramic 88 for sale. This is an earlier restoration from more than 10 years ago. It was repainted about 5 years ago, color is GM Indigo Blue. Otherwise, car is all original 6volt car with a 303ci V-8 and automatic trans. It is a 4 door model, everything is there and works with the exception of the factory radio. (It's there but doesn't work). Runs and drives well. It was my fathers car until he passed in 2012, been in my care since then. Recently replaced valve cover gaskets, battery and voltage regulator. Tires and brakes are in good shape, a couple of the windows are showing minor delamination but none are cracked or broken. All mouldings and trim are there. Has factory wheel covers and fender skirts. Car has a clean title, mileage is unknown. I am in Antioch California and I will entertain reasonable offers. The research I've done gives a range of 8-38k. 8k being a rusted out bare shell and 38k being presumably a 100 point restoration. This car is neither but it is a completely rust free, turn key car in very nice condition. I am hoping to get 19-20k but I'm somewhat flexible. Thanks for looking and let me know if I can answer any questions. Photos furnished upon request. Unable to upload to thread for some reason. Thanks for looking.

Thought I would help you with your research. The 2016 Collector Car Price Guide (which I think is a bit optimistic) lists a 1950 88 4 door in #1, excellent condition at $29,000, a #6 'parts car' (rusted out hulk ?) at $1160 and a #3 older restoration ( I believe yours would fit here) at $13,050. I watched a very nice black 4 door on ebay that had a Buy it Now at $10,500 that didn't receive a bid.

Okie
Thanks for your input. Not what I was hoping to hear. I got my numbers from NADA but it's been a year or two. Not like you can give much weight to numbers that vary by 30k anyway.
Olds
As I said toward the end of my post, I tried uploading two exterior and one interior shot but there was some kind of error. I will retake the pics and try again in the next couple of days.
Thank you both for your input. It's much appreciated.
