1968 Cutlass Cruiser - IN

1968 Cutlass Cruiser - $4800 OBO
350 2bbl/Jetaway automatic
Runs, drives, stops. Went through most of the brakes. Cruised around the better part of the summer in it no problem.
Custom dual exhaust, PO said they were Flowmaster mufflers
Engine burns some oil
Interior isn't perfect but everything is there
Rust on bottom of the spare tire well
Has a late 60's Sears under dash A/C kit

Might be able to include a 455 (possible 68/69 Hurst?) and TH350 or TH400 for the right price.

More pictures available on request.

GLWS... and very cool! Apparently, I need to get out more, as I had no idea such an animal was ever made

Neither did I until I found it. Might explain why I'm having such a tough time selling it, since people only want Vistas Cruisers. No bubble top = no love.

Bump!

Car now has the 455 in it, fresh and rebuilt, and it moves out!

PMs replied.

Realized what good is a bump without new pictures?

Rebuilt 455, C-heads, high compression, rebuilt 4bbl Quadrajet, new motor mounts, Accel HEI distributor. Chrome Oldsmobile valvecovers are pretty trick too.

And just some nice general pictures-

And I will admit the interior has seen better days, and it could use the headliner to be re-stitched.

I'm actually surprised that this has not moved. For an Indiana car, it looks straight, solid and all of the trim is there. The price is reasonable. Based on the photos, I would suspect that this car would be a good foundation for building a '68 version of my flattop or a replica of Aron's. Ironically, Aron's car came from Texas, and needed a ton of metal repairs to get it where it is. I know that if he were to do it again, this vehicle would be the far less painful option..

A very, very late bump. Car is still for sale. I haven't been in a big rush to sell since it's been so nice to drive. It has been my literal grocery getter for the past year or two, but I need to free up some space if nothing else. More picture available upon request.

What a great car! Hopefully whomever picks it up, uses it as much as you have.
