judging by the blue color I think the 330 was swapped for a 1975 or later engine

1964 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible - $8500 (Hooker, OK)

This car is in very good condition and is pleasant to drive. Has not been licensed for several years as it has been in storage. The engine (330 v8) has had a valve job and an electronic ignition installed. (Original distributor available.) Single core radiator replaced with dual core. It runs much cooler. Chrome on car is very good to excellent. Overall, paint is in good to very good condition. Interior was partially restored in the past and still looks good. Seat belts were installed on the front two bucket seats to make the vehicle safer to drive. The convertible top mechanism operates like new and the soft top is in good condition with some discoloration to the rear window. Factory fender skirts are also included. This vehicle also has factory AC, which is rare for a convertible. (Needs recharge) Also, non-factory radio installed. ***1964 Olds, 4 door parts car available *** "

Factory fender skirts on a '64 Cutlass? I don't think so. At least, there's no mention of such a thing in the '64 Salesman's Specs Book.
