71cutlass350

So i just picked up a 1971 cutlass project car and it has non power drum brakes and it seems the master cylinder is locked up because the brake pedal is completely stuck. I have an extra brake booster and master cylinder off my other 71 cutlass from when i did a disk brake swap that worked great so my question is what would i all need to do a non power to power swap? Or is it possible to pull the master cylinder off the booster and use it in a non power setup? Thanks
