Fixing Inner Fender Wells

I am going to try to re-use my inner fender wells, and clean them up real good. One issue I have in the right one is creased. I have posted some pics so you can see it. What is the best way to try to get the crease out? I tried using a rubber mallet and heating it with a hair dryer, but that didn't work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Bill

Definetly need more than a hair dryer, I would leave it I the sun if possible hen try a heat gun careful tho you need to keep the heat gun moving and try to heat the affected area and around it evenly...heat guns can be had for ~$25 or so...
