1972 Surpeme Grille Section

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes...

The two (2) top attaching tabs on the LH (driver's side) grille section are broken but intact. The grille is in nice original condition with no other cracks or breaks. Has anyone tried a glue/epoxy repair? If so, what works? Or should I search for a nice used or NOS grille? TIA

I've used epoxy and bondo to repair tailights and tony did some sections of grill w epoxy, but this tabs always seem to be broken I don't think they would hold up w epoxy. Maybe on of those hot staple repairs where the hot staple is melted into the plastic for support then tidied up w bondo or similar.

Or if NOS is the route you want to go, I have a pair of NOS 72 supreme grills for sale, pm me

I used Loctite 7 minute Plastic Epoxy on a motorcycle side cover attaching push/pull stud with success. Does anyone think this will work on the grille tabs? The tab would be in "bending" rather than push/pull. Again, thanks!

BTW, PM sent RetroRanger.
