Media blast or Non acid, non destructive chemical stripping?

Media blast or Non acid, non destructive chemical stripping?
Any advice or experience with both processes?
I visited a shop that offers a dip that pulls all the rust out of rusted area and the metal that isn't rusty looks like new. I looked at several bodies and components that had the process done. It does not eat the metal. Price is around $2,500 for the body and all panels. The shop recommends metal work be done after strip and de-rust.
There is a paint shop not affiliated with the shop that will take the body and epoxy prime the body in all the corners and hard to reach areas.
Thanks in advance,
Ben

Hi Ben.
There's a lot to know about stripping and de-rusting sheet metal for restoration. So much so that I could write a book. I also saw your post asking about rotisseries. Call me at the number in my signature and I'd be happy to answer your questions. ~BOB
