394 broken pipe to choke assembly
When I was removing my carb for a rebuild, I managed to break the pipe that goes from the intake manifold to the choke assembly. I'm still trying to get the knack of how much force to apply without breaking stuff...
Can't seem to figure out how to remove the broken end and replace. Any ideas? I'm really hoping I don't need to take off the manifold. -Justin |

It is usually shaped like a J , you will probably have to do some creative bending while pulling with pliers to get the broken piece out. Hopefully it is still sitting upright in the pocket to where you can grab a hold of it with something.
![]() As for a solution... you could always run an electric choke on ignition power if you had to.
