425
Anyone know how much a 425 weighs, as I want to buy an engine stand and need to get one that is safe.
Thanks Randy |

Engine Stand
Hi Randy
I think it's something like 600 pounds. But if your looking at an imported engine stand I would go high on ratings. I have several Harbor Freight made in China engine stands, but I went for the 1,000 lb rating. On sale they're still only $75 ish. My 2 cents, John

I have an engine stand I got from Summit that I am going to put a 455 on tomorrow. I hope it doesn't break.
