455 exhaust manifolds

I have been told that I can use a set of 350 diesel exhaust headers on my 455 engine and they will perform as well as the W30 exhaust manifolds. Is this true

Thanks for the help

Just to elaborate on this a little, the W/Z manifolds used on the W-30s (and ALL 442s for 69-72) have individual runners like cast iron headers. The diesel manifolds are open log manifolds and since they must fit the small block, are also smaller and more restrictive.
