vin id help

someone told me if i posted the first 6 digits of my vin you guys could tell me a lot about what kind of car and engine i have well here it is

vin# - 336870

hope the news is good

3 = Oldsmobile
36 = Cutlass line, V8 engine (an odd number like 35 would have signified a six cylinder)
87 = Holiday Coupe (ie, 2dr Hardtop)
0 = 1970 model year

Unfortunately, Olds didn't start putting the exact engine code in the VIN until the 1972 model year.
