455 accessories, brackets, etc.
I have a '73 455 Fa with J heads that was freshened but between pulling it for another option and me picking it up the accessory brackets went missing. It came from a Delta 88. I have the PS pump and what looks to be the top alternator bracket off the left head. The crank pulley is for three belts. This motor will most likely go in a project with alternator, PS, and possibly AC. Where are the best places to look for brackets that are original and how universal are they between the years, displacement and models? Of course, I would love to have one of the aftermarket billet sets but that is beyond my dreaming.

403 brackets will not work without modification, and 403 Pontiac brackets are unique to the Trans Am. The 403 was released in 1977, after 455 production had stopped, so those brackets only fit small blocks. Since you only have an engine, hold off on brackets until you select a chassis. Brackets vary by year and application.
