455 HEI dist
What year and what size engines will have the non-computer HEI distributor that will fit in our 455?It is points now and I really want to have HEI.Also how hard is it to find a 4 bbl intake for this engine? It looks so funny with this huge coffee table size intake and a lil bittie carb on it.
Thanks |

Try this link http://search.ebay.com/OLDSMOBILE-45...ageNameZRC0022 for your manifold. You may have to search the carb seperate. If you are thinking of buying something new then take a look at Edelbrock's "Performer RPM" setups, they include a carb and manifold matched together. There are many more choices as well from stock iron 4bbl manifold/carbs to what I mentioned to the top end stuff that is very expensive.
I forgot to say, the last three items in that link.....
