I had the same problem on a 72 Sk*lark droptop that I owned a few years ago. Couldn't find replacement parts anywhere. I took the fittings to a local hydraulic parts supplier...he matched them in about 5 minutes. I trimmed a little off the ends of the tubing for a good seal. It was fixed for less than $5 and never leaked again.
