Yup- it's an early one. Doubt it's the first since by 09D (4th week September) production had been underway for several weeks and Jetstar I were built in all assembly plants. The 201 is tricky. I don't know if that means the 201st Jetstar I body made at Lansing body assembly or 201st Starfire/Jetstar I combined body. The Starfire had a couple of trim hole punching operations the J-I didn't have but was otherwise the same body.
It was originally Wedgewood Mist (FF, a light metallic blue) with white vinyl bucket seats (307) and is a factory air car (C60).
I haven't seen a 64 Olds of any stripe that didn't look good in that color.
