Are you talking about the mechanical kickdown? I think the TH350 uses mechanical and the TH400 uses vaccum. Your old tranny probably used mechanical also but it may not fit your new actuator for the TH350. Check with a local speed shop or carburetor shop. If that is what you are talking about, I am not sure where you can get a replacement linkage that will fit. You may have to fabricate one.
